In 2014, Victor Halfon joined the Aegis family, where he applies his extensive talents and experience as VP of Business Development. Victor brings with him over 20 years of outside sales experience in various industries, with the last six years spent in the hospitality industry.

Victor is passionate about developing and maintaining great relationships with clients and ensuring that he is always delivering outstanding customer service. He is people-oriented, and enjoys solving problems for clients and developing effective solutions to meet their unique needs. Victor offers clients a friendly, laid-back demeanor with a focus on meeting customer needs.

Victor was born and raised in Houston, and is a graduate of the University of Houston. He is married to his high school sweetheart and they are parents to a young son and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family visiting the Houston Zoo and local parks, and also watching sports with his young son. In addition, Victor has spent the last six years volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where he serves on the Safety Committee.

Professional goals for Victor include increasing his knowledge of the insurance industry. He plans to apply his excellent communication and problem solving skills to each client situation in order to reach his professional goals.
