Tracey prides herself on keeping clients informed, intently listening to their concerns, and always making them feel valued and appreciated during every interaction. Her strong work ethic drives her to complete every task with keen attention to detail and to utilize her exceptional organizational skills.
Prior to joining the Aegis team, Tracey started her professional career in Accounting for an insurance agency. After realizing her personality and skill set was better suited for a different role, Tracey later transitioned to a position in Customer Service, where she quickly thrived, moved up to Account Manager, and spent 15 years expanding and strengthening her customer service skills.
Born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana, Tracey completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business and later moved to Houston where she earned her Property and Casualty Agent's license. Her professional goal for the new year is to continue to expand her knowledge in Commercial Insurance coverages, to benefit both clients and her Aegis team.
Outside of the office, Tracey's passions include traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys her role at Aegis Insurance & Financial Services, which provides the customer-oriented, family-centric work atmosphere she deeply values.
