With over 20 years of financial business development across multiple industries including wealth management, commercial, and insurance, Susana Martinoia recently shifted her career path to focus solely on the insurance industry, which led her to join Aegis Insurance & Financial Services. Susana has extensive experience with managing clients in the U.S. and Latin America, where she provided leadership and excellence in insurance, money management, and research.

Susana has a strong devotion to helping people, by providing honest guidance and developing ethical professional relationships rooted in trust. She thrives when given the chance to tackle and solve difficult and challenging situations for her clients, and she enjoys informing and educating prospects and clients. In addition, Susana is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to communicate effectively with a larger client base and ensuring that Spanish-speaking clients fully understand their insurance options and financial decisions.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Susana has lived in Houston since the 1990s and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys pursuing her hobbies of travel, listening to music, swimming, and fitness. Susana is also committed to giving back to her local community by volunteering with children-focused charities. Susana formerly served as a board member for several nonprofit organizations such as Latin Women Initiative, St Jude's Children Hospital, and La Rosa Family Services.
