As a Customer Service Representative, she enjoys having the opportunity to educate clients about their options, helping them make informed decisions, and contributing to their financial security and peace of mind.

Paula's career began in 2018, financing Property and Casualty policy premiums for customers in need, which sparked her commitment to customer service. She later transitioned into the insurance field to make a more significant impact, ultimately finding a home at Aegis Insurance & Financial Services, which shares her values of integrity and client-focused service.

Paula's background includes roles as an Account Manager at Praxis Associates in Puerto Rico, where she managed client portfolios, and as a Financial Advisor at Atlantic Capital Corporation. She also gained valuable customer service experience at Knowles Insurance in California, honing her exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

As a detail-oriented professional, Paula excels at simplifying complex policies, managing multiple client accounts with efficiency, and finding tailored solutions for clients. Known for her responsiveness and personal touch, she has built strong relationships with clients who appreciate her dedication and expertise.

Paula graduated with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Management from the University of Puerto Rico. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property and Casualty Agent, with plans to further her education by attending law school in the future, with a focus on insurance and real estate law.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and volunteering in her community. Originally from Quebradillas, Puerto Rico, she is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and appreciates the diversity and cultural richness of living in Texas.

A fun fact about Paula is that she once hiked the Dolomites in Italy, and she loves to travel to amazing places such as Turkey and France.
