Maria Theresa Medina contributes to the Aegis team as a Virtual Assistant, applying over 16 years of customer service experience to this vital role. As she assists clients and the team, she utilizes strong communication and problem-solving skills on a daily basis.
Prior to joining the Aegis team, Maria Theresa worked in the transportation and insurance industries in Singapore and the Philippines as a Customer Service Advisor and Subject Matter Expert. In these roles, she honed her skills in resolving client issues and contributing to team success.
Maria Theresa is also the recipient of a Silver Excellence Service Award, given in the service industry in Singapore. The award recognizes individuals who have gone beyond the call of duty in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for customers.
Maria Theresa is originally from the Philippines and earned a degree in Mass Communications at Centro Escolar University. When she's not working, Maria Theresa enjoys baking, photography, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to Korea, which she considers a second home.
