As an Associate Account Manager at Aegis Insurance & Financial Services, Giancarlo Ventura brings over three years of experience in the insurance industry and a sharp focus on supporting business clients with their commercial coverage needs. His journey began as a receptionist for insurance agencies, which quickly led to a role as a customer service representative in commercial lines, and later opened the door to his current position at Aegis Insurance & Financial Services.

Giancarlo is known for being focused, organized, and a strong team player. One of his standout skills is taking time to educate clients who may feel overwhelmed by their coverage options and policy details, earning their trust and appreciation in the process.

For him, the most rewarding part of his work is knowing he's made a difference by solving problems, answering questions, and leaving clients feeling supported. His unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction is part of what makes him a valuable part of the Aegis team.

What Giancarlo values most about Aegis is the strong team dynamic and the genuine sense of belonging he feels there. He's constantly pushing himself to grow professionally, personally, and even physically (he can squat 1.5 times his body weight) and he brings that same energy and dedication to every client interaction.

He holds Property & Casualty licenses in both Puerto Rico and Texas and has completed college coursework in engineering and computer science. One of his top goals for the year ahead is to return to college and complete his degree.

Outside of work, Giancarlo enjoys a full life with his wife and their energetic dachshund. A passionate fan of motorsports, he spends many weekends immersed in Formula 1 and WRC race coverage.

He also volunteers as a race marshal at his local track. When he's not watching races, you can find him working out, playing video games, or diving into tabletop military games.
