As a Personal Lines Account Manager for Aegis Insurance & Financial Services, Cristina Lee gets the opportunity to help clients each day and ensure they have a positive insurance experience.

Cristina thoroughly enjoys the chance resolve issues for clients, utilizing her keen attention to details and problem-solving skills. She strives to understand client needs and provide service that goes above and beyond so they can have peace of mind about their coverage and policy needs.

Prior to joining the Aegis team, she worked for six years with the call center Med D, where she advanced to the role of Quality Auditor to monitor and grade agent calls. She has extensive experience quickly learning new roles and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Cristina is thrilled to be part of the Aegis family, where she enjoys a great work-life balance and job flexibility. After several years of working from home, she also loves being able to interact with office co-workers and be part of a great work family.

A native of Houston, Cristina attended Houston Community College and recently earned her license for Personal Lines Insurance. In her spare time, she loves watching TCU football, spending time with friends, and building memories with her big family, including her twin brother and 7 younger cousins.
