Marcus Henneke brings more than twenty years of industry experience to his role as Vice President of Personal Lines, where he leads the department with a focus on smart, sustainable growth and a commitment to strong relationships and clear communication.

Marcus’s path to Dagley/Aegis began years before he joined the organization. Having long known owner Nathan Dagley, he was inspired by Nathan’s vision for expanding the agency and saw an opportunity to help build something meaningful. He came on board with a shared dedication to growing a business grounded in trust, service, and long-term client care.

Marcus launched his career in Houston with Transportation Worldwide, an international relocation company specializing in VIP clients. Over his five-year tenure as both a relocation coordinator and operations director, he honed the ability to manage complex needs, solve problems under pressure, and support people during important transitions—skills that would later become essential in his insurance career.

For more than two decades in insurance, Marcus has built a reputation for matching clients with the right protection. He is known for making complicated coverage easy to understand and ensuring clients are fully and properly protected. For Marcus, making a genuine difference in people’s lives—and building the long-term relationships that follow—is the most rewarding part of the work.

He holds an associate degree, a high school diploma, and licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. His achievements include recognition as the 2020 Volunteer of the Year, Discover Leadership Master Graduate status, and multiple Top Producer awards.

A Katy, Texas native, Marcus still calls the community home. Outside the office, he devotes most of his time to his wife and their three children. They are a true sports family, and Marcus has spent many years coaching, cheering, and supporting his kids both on and off the field. He also enjoys volunteering at church and serving on local boards throughout the Katy area.

What Marcus values most about Dagley/Aegis is the people and the family-focused culture they build together. And when he has the chance to unplug, you’ll likely find him saltwater fishing.
