Client Services Admin

The Client Services Admin is an entry level admin position.  This position does not require being licensed in Texas to sell or service insurance policies.  Aegis will fully train you on the admin role.  Basic computer and phone skills needed.  The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivilant and some office experiance.   

 

Commercial Insurance Business Development

The Commercial Insurance Business Development position is responsible for acquiring new business in specific industries and markets that meet the agency's growth objectives. Responsibilities would include researching specific industry needs and developing commercial insurance solutions to meet those needs.

Applicants must be licensed (or getting licensed) in Texas with Group 1 Life & Health License. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of documented experience in commercial insurance sales or 5 years of outside B2B sales experience, and should be self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. We are looking for hard-working individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire for professional success. This full-time position offers an annual salary, expense allowance, 100% agency-paid benefits, commissions and bonuses.

Life & Financial Associate Agent

We desire a Life & Financial Associate Agent with a proven track record of successfully helping clients secure their family's financial future by providing the ideal life insurance solution. Applicants should have an extensive knowledge base of the different types of life insurance options available, as well as experience with 401(k) rollovers into annuities.

Applicants must be licensed (or getting licensed) in Texas with Group 1 Life & Health License. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of documented experience in life and health insurance sales or 5 years of outside B2B sales experience, and should be self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. We are looking for hard-working individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire for professional success. Personal Lines Associate Agent

The Personal Lines Associate Agent will be responsible for targeting opportunities to work with individuals on improving their personal insurance coverage, which may include Homeowners, Auto, Tenant, Condominium, Boat, Motorcycle, RV, and Jewelry/Artwork policies. Ongoing tasks include building relationships with lenders and other spheres of influence to obtain referrals, provide quotes and win new business.

Ideal candidates must be licensed in Texas for both Personal & Casualty and Life & Health, with a minimum of 3 years of documented experience in insurance sales. Applicants should be self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. We are looking for hard-working individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for professional success. This full-time position offers an annual salary, expense allowance, 100% agency-paid benefits, commissions and bonuses.
