Nathan Dagley founded Dagley Insurance Agency (DIA) in 2001. As CEO, Nathan’s vision, leadership, and strategic direction have driven the expansive growth and success of the company.

Prior to becoming an independent insurance agency in May 2017, Nathan led the largest Nationwide Insurance Agency in Texas and the second largest in the nation.  DIA has received top performance recognition from multiple national carriers and the industry at large. DIA is currently licensed to write insurance in 47 states and Washington, D.C.

Nathan is also the owner of Dagley Enterprises, LLC (a real estate development company), a co-founder of Encompass Lending Group (an independent mortgage banker), a co-founder of Encompass Advisory Services, LLC (a registered investment advisory firm), a co-founder of Real Systems Sales Results (a lead generation and telemarketing company), and a former board member of ZoomBang (a polymer manufacturing company), among several other ventures.

Through his entrepreneurial experience, Nathan has refined and perfected DIA's business model, and is recognized nationally for his elite Personal Lines operation. He was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 and a Fort Bend Rising Star by the Houston Business Journal.

A proud graduate of the University of North Texas, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Entrepreneurship. Nathan is an active member of the Katy, TX community, sponsoring numerous local events and organizations.

In 2017, he was inducted into the James E. Taylor High School Hall of Honor for his accomplishments as a student and his contributions to the community. Additionally, Nathan serves as a board member for the volleyball organization United Sports Academy, and Managing Member of Katy United, making a positive impact on the lives of local youth.
