Eva Treviño brings more than two decades of dedication, leadership, and heart to her role as Personal Lines Director. She supports the Personal Lines staff, oversees and audits the Sales team, keeps procedures on track, and helps balance growth with compliance. She also plays a key role in training initiatives and Personal Lines operations, and is always focused on making the team stronger and more confident.

Eva entered the insurance industry at 21, working in a small insurance and check-cashing office. She later moved to Amco Insurance, where she managed an office and built the foundation for her long-term career.

A few years later, Eva became a single mom in need of a more flexible work schedule and learned from her niece that Dagley had an open position. The timing was right and the opportunity fit her life and goals, so she joined Dagley and never looked back.

Over her 24 years with the company, Eva has worn many hats. She started as a Customer Service Representative, then moved into the role of Training and Compliance Director. After a two-year stint at a different company, she returned to Dagley as a Senior Account Manager, then served as Operations Manager before stepping into her current leadership role.

Eva is best known inside the organization for her commitment to great customer and team experiences. She loves celebrating team wins, tackling new challenges, and learning through the mentorship of Marcus and Nathan.

What she loves most about Aegis/Dagley is the chance to continue learning more about the insurance industry, and the unwavering support she receives from her Dagley family. Eva has been honored with the Spirit Award multiple times for her excellence and dedication.

Eva grew up in Richmond and now lives in Rosenberg, and much of her free time is spent with her church family and the youth group she helps lead. She loves being present with her youth kids and looks forward to Vacation Bible School every year.

At home, she enjoys spending time with her own kids, cooking, and relaxing when her boyfriend Sam takes over the kitchen.
