
Amber Hosea brings nine years of insurance experience and a steady, people-focused leadership style to her role as Agency Services Director. She oversees the operational teams that support personal lines clients, making sure systems, processes, and service work together smoothly.
Her goal is simple: deliver accurate, efficient, compassionate support every time a client needs us.
Amber’s path into insurance started close to home. Her husband introduced her to the industry and to Dagley, where she quickly found her place and grew into a trusted leader.
Before joining the agency, she spent 17 years in the restaurant world as a server, bartender, manager, and office administrator. That experience shaped her service mindset and her ability to solve problems with calm and care.
Across the company, Amber is known as someone who follows through. She builds solutions, strengthens teams, and helps create an environment where people can do their best work. She has built key programs at Dagley, including the Personal Lines training program for new hires and the processing team, which she grew into a strong and skilled department. Her efforts have earned her multiple Spirit Awards, recognizing her dedication and positive impact.
Education and development matter to Amber. She graduated from Cy-Fair High School, has completed college coursework, and is licensed as a General Lines P&C agent. In the year ahead, she plans to pursue additional insurance certifications, expand her knowledge of technology and process automation, and spend more intentional time on family and personal wellness.
Originally from Wichita Falls and raised in Houston, Amber now lives in Katy, Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two boys and loves traveling with her husband to new places. She also volunteers with her son’s high school PTA, supporting teachers and staff whenever she can.
